On Saturday, February 13th, STEAM for All hosted its third virtual Guest Lecture Series! This event provided a unique opportunity for students to explore opportunities and careers in Science and Research. Our distinguished guest panel consisted of Sherry Xu (junior at Yale University) and Dr. Dave Larue (Professor of Geology, geology consultant). These speakers discussed their own experiences in Science and Research, opportunities available for elementary to high school students, and advice on how to prepare for a career in research. Participants had the opportunity to ask our guest speakers questions regarding their college and career journeys. We would like to thank our guest speakers for their time, and we hope you see you at our future events!
